Nah, definitely not envious of you, lol! I need to have my room ready by Aug. 23 for Orientation, but Inservice is the 27th and 28th and then kids on the 29th! Yikes, not even a little bit ready! I love teaching, but what a hassle those first 2 months are!!!! It is soooo difficult to get everyone settled and into a new routine! Not by any means my favorite time of year!!!!:confused:

I went in to my room today and had my DH move furniture and boxes for me, so at least that is done and when I can go and actually work, things will be for the most part where they belong! I have been putting it off since the surgery is still fresh, but can't put it off much longer! It is overwhelming even on a good day!!!! I am always relieved when the room is ready to go! Plus, I teach K4 and I have soooo many toys and extras!!! There are boxes and boxes of stuff! What grade/subjects do you teach again? I know you probably said, but my memory is slipping, lol! My DH is on vacation this week, so not sure how much I will be able to check in, but will try to do it at least a little! Seems like we are slacking a little, not near as many posts these days and find the evenings to be short on people to chat to!!!! Good sign I suppose, because that means we are all out and about and feeling for the most part, very well!!!! Yeah, for us!!!:whoo:

Lynette, never heard ot that before, wouldn't have thought to do that, but now I will ... thanks! I haven't had trouble with many foods, but have got chicken and tonight turkey stuck! I am sure those jeans fit differently now! Congrats on the 20 lbs.!!! Can you tell you have restriction? Are you finding yourself eating less? Right now, seems like I can really eat, if I wanted to! I know I ate too much today .... I made turkey, stuffing, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and gravy, because both girls were home! Yikes, it was sooo good, I love turkey, but feel I may have overdone it a bit! Not like I normally would have, but definitely more than I needed!!!

Sunny, Some of the Egg Beater varieties are delicious! I forget which one I ate a lot of ... I think it was Southwestern Omelet! Delicious! And I agree with Lynette, you really can't tell the difference!

She will need to drive back to her apartment this evening. I would have never in a million years thought to ask them to puree my food! Awesome!!! I never had the minestrone soup, but have the Zuppa Tuscano many times and love it!!! I also love their bread sticks and alfredo sauce, but guess I won't be having that anytime soon!!! Oh well, it is well worth it!!! I think, lol!!!

It sounds like your husband is very obsessive! Way over the top! Do you think he may be fearful, maybe even jealous, of what you are becoming? Maybe he sees you turning into a sexy, desirable lady and he is fearful of losing you and thus is consciously or unconsciously trying to sabbotage your attempts to lose anymore! Not sure, but just an uneducated guess! I wish you the best!

Hi, All, seems I get on and everyone gets off!!! Gee, hurts, but I will survive, lol! I just got through reading and getting caught up! Dini, Something isn't right in your relationship with Adam, if he had nothing to hide, he wouldn't have reacted so radically!!! He either is going wayyyyyy out of his way to try to make you jealous or he truly is "thinking" about cheating! Perhaps you are right and he hasn't yet, but this is where the lies lead! You know, rattlesnakes lay in wait until the time is right to strike! He may just be trying to keep everything in order that he has with you until he thinks he is "sure" he wants whatever it is that he is working on! I would definitely keep my eyes on him and if you truly think he is being unfaithful, and it is your apartment ... he wouldn't be waiting until the end of the month to get out!!! He'd be out on his KEESTER!!!! All that really matters right now is that you are okay and Annafrancesca is okay! I do agree with whoever said that you need to allow Adam to have a relationship with his daughter, I am the product of a father that stepped out of his daughter/grandchildren's lives and it hurts! It would leave a lasting, bitter, impression on her and I KNOW you wouldn't want that! Just try to be as civil as the two of you can be for your daughter's sake, avoid as much name calling as possible, and I will keep all of you in my prayers! Keep us posted!
