Great, I finally found someone on my day! Perhaps we can stay in contact and swap notes! I am on the pre-op diet right now which is 3 oz. of Slim-Fast (there were other choices also) with 1 oz. skim milk twice a day and a meal under 350 calories, you?

Gee, not sure I would want to try bread! Doesn't sound very pleasant! My mom just started through the process, but I am awfully close ... July 9th! Just think about what I can't have ... isn't that awful? Wish I didn't enjoy food soooo much! Wouldn't have this problem then, lol!

I know that is right, but I know how many times I have fallen before. I will certainly have to keep busy and stay out of the kitchen!!!!! LOL How is it with preparing meals for your families? Does that bother anyone? -

Thanks a bunch! I am soooo nervous! Reading some of this stuff makes me think it is going to be soooo hard! Kind of scary and exciting at the same time! I am a comfort food eater and that worries me, guess I will need to find another comfort!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions? :omg: -
