I am about a month and a halg post op and I have only been weighing myself once a week. Today when I stepped on the scale, I gained 5lbs. Is it normal to gain?

I am at one month post op for the sleeve. My concerns are that I start to get active, such as shower and I get light headed and weak. I try to consume as much food as I can but I get too scared of eating too much and throwing it back up. Is tye light headed and weakness normal for my stage? Thanks!
