I have been drinking the isopure protein drink. There are a variety of flavors: 20 oz bottle has 40g of whey protein isolate. I add crystal light to make flavor better. Also I make freeze pops for my snacks and use it to make jello. I like it I get it at GNC. Hope it helps.
