I still take my shakes and follow the diet given. These just help me reach my protein and Water intake. I make freeze pops and Jello with this drink and then eat it as my snack. -
I drink this with a couple of squirts of the sugar free/zero calories Hawaiian punch drops. It taste really good and no after taste.

I have been drinking the isopure protein drink. There are a variety of flavors: 20 oz bottle has 40g of whey protein isolate. I add crystal light to make flavor better. Also I make freeze pops for my snacks and use it to make jello. I like it I get it at GNC. Hope it helps.
