I'm now 9 weeks post sleeve and have lost 20 kg. I'm still struggling to drink enough liquid but my intake is improving. I'm loving the compliments that I'm getting :-)

Tomorrow will be 7 weeks since my surgery. I have lost 15 kilos so far. I'm getting compliments about how much more I am smiling. :-)

I'm glad all went well. I'm 2 weeks post-op and have lost 10 kg since my op date. Currently I'm still on puréed food. It's weird not getting hungry!

My surgery went well. It only hurts when I cough. Woohoo for pain killers!

My surgery day is today :-D. I'll hopefully make a post tonight. Thank you to everyone who has posted and made this journey easier by being able to read other people's experiences.

I hope to attend the next meet up. I'm one week away from my surgery date, I'm looking forward to it. I enjoy reading everyone's posts and how they are doing. :-)

I'm not doing Optifast as I'm lactose intolerant, my dietitian suggested Ensure. I hope the next 2 weeks goes fast!
