I have had a sore head the past 4 days, but I thing I'm just dehydrated or going through withdrawal from sugar, coffee, carbs etc. It will all be worth the pain -

I had a lap band, lost all my weight and have put it all back on over the last two years.....this count down is going so slow. I was healthy, thin and happy for years until my band slipped. I can't believe I'm back at the beginning again. Well my new sleeve can't slip so I can't wait. -
