I was sleeved on 8/15 I was 365 when I start my pre op diet on 8/1. I lost 20lbs and have lost another 27 since the surgery. Its been a great start to my weight loss. Im at 318 now. Cant wait to see how September goes.

I also had my surgery on the 15th as well. I haven't had any major problems. I can drink by protein shakes ok, a little at a time, but my issue is water. It seems to hurt a little when I drink any. But its getting better and better. My pre op diet I lost 20lbs and another 20lbs since the surgery. Its that too much to fast? My energy level is good until about 2 or 3pm then I kinda done for the day.
