Although the difference is not huge, I'm thinking it is, actually, VISIBLE progress now [finally]. Still a long way to go, but nice to have little progressions along the way.

Me at 233.4 lbs. That's 58.6 lbs down. I am still obese, still have LOTS of fat, still have lots of loose skin, and still have a long way to go. But I am VERY pleased with how far I've come!!!
