I'm 13 weeks out. I'm about 600 to 800 calories a day.

I was just sleeved 13 weeks ago. I started at 410. I'm now at 330. I have lost 80 pounds. I know the sleeve was the right choice for me. I feel great. I have more energy now than I have in 10 years. For me bypass was too risky. I didn't want anything rerouted. I was worried about running to the bathroom after eating. With the sleeve I feel normal. I don't have any side effects.

I'm 13 weeks out. Ground beef is the only good that I can't eat. It feels like I can't digest it well. Burgers used to be my favorite. Now they repulse me. After I few bit i get sick.

Mine was the same. It seemed like it hurt more as it was healing. It felt like one hell of a pulled muscle until 4 or 5 weeks. My skin was also a little red and risen at the scar. I'm 13 weeks out now and the scar is now plush to my skin and getting lighter.

I'm 13 weeks out. Two of my scars used to be risen a little (not plush with my other skin). Now they are the same with the other skin. They look very good. One you can hardly see now. The other ones were so small even after surgery.

Wow!!! I'm so jealous. I'm 12 weeks out and losing loads of hair every time I brush. I losing it in full stands. I'm getting in protein and taking biotin. Not sure if it depends in how quickly you lose weight.

I'm 12 weeks out. My calories are 600 to 700.

My surgeon in Mexico also told me if I had a complication I would come back to his hospital and he would take care of it for me.

I was sleeved in Mexico on Sept 27, 2013. My pcp has agreed to do my routine blood work. I also did not find a barbaric doctor for aftercare. I live in Houston. I figured if I had a complication I would go to one of the major hospitals here that do bariatric surgeries and someone would take me.

I also had no drain or leak test. 12 weeks out now.

Congrats. I was sleeved with Dr. Alvarez on Sept 27, 2013. Zero complications. Down 75 pounds. I also did a 28 day pre op.

I went to Mexico. While. My surgeon charged more than most in Mexico. He is a great doctor and it was well worth it. I was sleeved Sept 27, 2013. I'm down 72 pounds. It has been easier than I thought. I would not change a thing!

Food does not taste as good to me after being sleeved as it did before. I used to love French fries and cookies. Now I don't care for either. My sleeve will tolerate them. I just think they taste gross.

I too love my sleeve. I feel better than I have in a long time. Sleeved 09.27.2013 down 72 pounds. I've never lost this much weight on my own!!! Just wished I'd done it sooner.

Cons: I now have acid reflex. Never had it before surgery. But it's a small price to pay. Just to name a few! Pros: I lost 70 pounds since surgery on Sept 27, 2013 I feel 1000 times better. I feel normal. I don't think about my next meal. I don't think about starting a new diet on Monday and eat everything in sight until then. Had very little pain and no gas pain after surgery. Recovery was quite easy. Only off of work for 1 week. I could go on and on.
