Hi Divadoll_98 Not sure if you'll get this since the last post was a month ago but was wondering how Rockin Body worked for you? I'm having surgery Sept 19th and plan on joining Beachbody and doing shakeology and Rockin Body, Turbo Fire then Insanity since my good friend is a Beachbody coach... Was just trying to inquire on your personal progress with Rockin Body... Thanks so much

Just got done with the last required appointment prior to surgery with nutritionist and the new chapter of my healthy life will begin 2 weeks from today! I can not wait to put the past behind me and start fresh! -

That's great!!! It's great to see people's progress! My doc doesn't require the pre op diet either, which I was wondering about seeing as everyone's posts I've been reading all say they did the pre op so it's comforting to see not everyone is required to do it.

Awesome to hear how good you're doing only a little over a week after! Yes my surgeon is Dr. Trivedi. Did you have to do the liquid diet prior to the surgery? I see the nutritionist Sept 5th. What kind of clear liquid diet are you following if you don't mind me asking. -
