    Yea true, you're right... I've gone back to almost full liquids at this point also because the heartburn is bad. I love my protein shakes, they are yummy and satisfy my sweet tooth haha Does your doc also require each phase for 2 weeks?

    I'm so jealous that some people get to go back to eating normal food at 4 weeks lol I'll be 4 weeks post op Thursday and only going to Phase 3 Soft Foods of the post op diet.     3 weeks after surgery today and down 26lbs! I'm very happy and anything lost is a plus in my book. Hope everyone is doing well Surgery 9/19 Weight : 274 No pre-op Diet Current Weight : 248
