Try not to rely on the scale....that is always a down fall. I have trained myself not to look at the scale more than twice a month,.,.,..it is really hard, but you always see a difference then and you learn the idea of loosing weight over time. I have lost 60 pounds since March 22, my surgery date, and 20 from the two weeks before surgery. I am close to goal and slowing on weight loss. I am learning to be happy with this progress.
