I'm 2 weeks out of post op , wondering when can i start light bike riding and swimming???

Anyone know how soon you can start bike riding post op I am 2 weeks post op. feeling energetic lost 30 lbs so far how about swimming ???

I just got my surgery on the 9th , I'm back home now ! DR GARCIA And his team and everyone at the hospital were excellent and very caring , constantly checking on me and my fellow sleeves for that day and week! The hospital staff kept checking on me frequently and cared for all my needs... The ready 4 change staff were on point all spoke English and made me feel very comfortable. Everything they told me on line or on the phone was exactly what they did! Nothing was different , I never had to say "that's not what you guys told me" Never!!! Because the way the explained me was exactly what occurred , felt very confident and reassured and extremely happy. So don't you worry you ARE in good hands believe me! The Marriott treated us awesome and they were so friendly. The driver Samuel sr and Jr were both professional and spoke English and even gave us a tour of downtown and he even stopped twice for Starbucks and at a convenient store for us. What great guys... Ok take care and font sweat it piece of cake ....good luck anything else just ask. Steve

Hello Pattie 1966. , Had my surgery yesterday with Dr Garcia st florence Oasis Hospital... The procedure went very very good. , I was informed of everything prior , then after procedure they have me pain meds . I was feeling lots of pain in stomachs because I had the revision from lap band done and they stated that there was dome scar tissue so this was the cause for the pain. But besides that everything else has been a very positive experience ! Dr Garcia and his team are wonderful and very professional , the hospital very clean and modern , The staff is constantly checking on me . Very professional . The Marriott very clean and nice , the people are do friendly. They only negative is you don't speak any Spanish they misunderstand you sometimes but they can always find someone to translate nearby . Other than that it has been a terror experience don't you worry they take care of you from the moment you land all the way till you Go home .. I leave from Marriott Friday am maybe we'll see each other . On that note keep the shakes going Pattie Regards Flashferreira. ( Steve)

Hello ladyomnom, I too will be in Mexico with Dr Fernando Garcia surgery scheduled for Sept 9 as well... Doing Pre opt diet already lost 15lbs and getting excited ... I guess I'll see you there probably where are you from ? I'm from Florida . Good luck

I'm from Somerville originally, but live in Florida now . Boston's my hometown!!! Getting sleeved on 9-9-13 in Mexico Dr Garcia ... Flying down to San Diego on 8th they pick me up and stay at Marriott then next day surgery at a gorgeous state of the art new hospital ! I'm down 9 lbs since Pre op diet ... Pumped!! My insurance won't cover me ... They say its cosmetic!!! Idiots Good luck to all

Awesome ill try some broth head is pounding! I had some aloe, cactus tea it was soothing not feeling to hungry . Drinking the shakes . Went to book my flt and it went up in one day from 355.00 to 526.00 airlines what pirates! I was furious ..
