Congrats Jamie! There's nothing like having the people who's opinion you care about most having your back and supporting your decision. You're nervous enough as it is and them being cool with it I'm sure puts your mind more at ease. Hope all the OCCers are doing well! I'm now in size 14 jeans! I truly can't believe it!!

My surgery went well. No pain at all just intermittent nausea. I do have a JP drain in my lower left abdomen which will come out on Thursday. I was up last night walking every couple of hours- it felt good. No severe gas pains, bit when I drink water, I get gurgles inside. Yes!! I went on vacation and I wasn't eating or drinking excessively and I was super active and I had gained 6lbs!! I was pissed. But it came right back off. I've been dancing between 193-196 lbs for about a month now. It is what it is. As long as I'm not gaining and don't go back to 200lbs I'm keeping a very close eye on it. I'm also not working out either so I can't complain if I'm not going to the gym.

This journey has been so amazing from like you said being the person looking at everyone's pics and not believing it would happen to you too to being where we all are now. How are you doing post thigh lift? Was it inner thigh? I'm knowing I'm going to need that at the very least and wondering how recovery is. I've done no research yet.

That's true. I would be happy in a size 14 jean (I have a huge butt that is genetic and no matter what I do isn't going anywhere), maybe 12 if I'm lucky. I've made it to a comfortable almost loose 16. And I've replaced all of my clothing and have mediums, larges, and XL clothes so I can pay close attention to fluctuations and keep my maintenance under control when I'm out of the losing phase. I'm at the point now where I've started to see some wrinkling in my face since it's less full with the weight loss. I'm happy but I'm hoping it doesn't get too bad. I'm also a bit concerned about losing too much and if the losing will stop at some point. Funny how things change- 1st I was worried about this not working now I'm scared it won't stop.

How are my tall ladies doing? I'm in the low 190s now and feeling good. I'm interested to see when I go to the doctor if I gained my inch in height back

Covatila I've never had a dumping episode so far, but I wasn't able to have some of the same protein shakes I tolerated before with no problem. I'm sorry- that's no bueno
