Is anyone else getting sick after drinking this daily ? I was sleeves 8/16 and was home on Saturday . I'm on a stage 3 diet which means clear quids. And fluids - with a requirement of taking thiis.

Scottsgirl: the purpose of it is Protein . But they will give you a list of others to take . The carnation was what was recommended
