  1. Thanks everyone for the support ! I'll try and keep motivated my goal would be to loose another 30 lbs. I still only eat between 800-1000 cal a day heavy protein and low carb . Sometimes it gets very frustrating not to see a change. I've started playing tennis weekly and still going to the gym for strength training 3 days. It's hard to not see a change literally been stuck since March same weight . Uuughhh

  3. Surgery date : 8/16/2013 Pre surgery : 287 Surgery day : 251 Now : 180.1 Height: 5'4'' Just a little over 100 lbs down and I've been struggling to loose weight for about a month now. I've tied changing my work outs and swimming more but it hasn't helped because I find myself more hungry after swimming. I also have started taking more vitamin D and I feel like with all the vitamins , b12, and other meds it's just been very stressful to be stuck at the same weight for so long ... Any else struggle at this mark ..... Thanks for any support - Lissette

    I usually eat a 6oz container 80 cal dannon Greek- with granola . Pretty full after that for a couple of hours

    I eat about 1000-1200. Mainly because I am doing strength training and my surgeon said I was not loosing weight to not eating enough. So I strive for 1000-1200. Mainly protein and veggies . I do carbs but try to do very little .

    -sure! Currently I'm swimming 3 times a weeks for 30-35 min . And biking for 15-20 at high intensity. Still very hard though. My weight loss has slowed down to about 2 lbs a week with continuous exercise . And I'm very happy with my sleeve:) my body is tightening up a bit and I'm trying not I have excess skin so my workouts are targeting whole body and stomach area. Hopefully this helps you - so far so good .

    Cloud9: Yay! Someone else who is just like me , we started around the same weight , currently same weight and our goals are the same ! Super excited your doing well:) I just started swimming to switch up my workouts but def feeling great . Same about 800 calories a day - and still doing all my vitamins . Keep up the great job!

    Stuck for 2 weeks ! Changed my workout routine and still about 600-800 cal a day ... Anyone else having the same issue . Sleeved 8/16/12 Lost about : 86lbs so far ....

    Bella86 : I know how you feel ... It getting tougher - I got sleeved 8/16/13. I'm current 5 months out and I've been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks ... Still motivated , switching up my workout routine , and still only doing about 600-800 cal a day

    No issues or complications!

    Reply to lucky6798 I was the same way ! My surgery was 8/16/13 . And I had no gas issues , just anesthesia made me wheezy . Once it was out of my system I was fine . Drinking water and fluids was not a problem ! Preop: 287 Surgery date: 266 1/4/14: 198
