I was sleeved at overlook by Dr. Lopes

Random question. Do you count your pre and post workout shakes or bars as a meal or no? My surgeon has me doing 3 meals, no Snacks, 60-80g of Protein a day, and 90 oz of fluids. I do workout quite a bit weight lifting, and running, etc. I'm burning on average over 3000 calories a day and consuming 400-600 calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was told chewable multi as you wont be able to swallow pills right after surgery. My surgeon told me to get chewable multi, B12, Iron, and calcium citrate.< /p>

I have it and like it a lot

I had a body bugg but got a fitbit instead. I absolutely love it.
-
I got a fitbit for myself and do 10,000 steps a day at minimum. I also do weight training for 30-45 mins 4 days a week, 3 days a week I run for 30 mins. The easiest thing is to carve out some time somehow, treat it like an appointment you make with yourself everyday.

It is a pain I just put mine in a zipper seal sandwich bag and it keeps it from getting all crusty and gross

Hope everything works out

My skin is extremely sensitive I use the Simple brand moisturizers and facial scrub and they work great. I had some stubborn pimples a few weeks ago but they just faded

Not bad at all. Good work being label conscious!

Congrats! You're on your way!

To aid with the scarring maybe try using mederma to lessen the look? I have a very fair complexion and that's what I've been using.

It really is dependent upon the job and the physical demand it has. I work in a gym and as a dog groomer and am unable to return to work for 4 weeks luckily I'm almost done. November 13 I am back at work I am going a bit stir crazy so I completely understand where you're coming from.

Protein helps maintain muscle and helps the body repair itself as well as build muscle. You very well may have consumed over 60g of protein prior to surgery you would be surprised. I looked at a label of organic chicken breast the other day to see there was 28g in just 4 oz I couldn't believe it. Also, the protein makes you feel fuller longer so it helps fight your hunger as well. I average 60g-80g per day

Sip sip sip!!! Even when working out its best to sip the Water because otherwise you could get a stomach ache from chugging the water. Prior to surgery when I would run and I would guzzle down water I would get a terrible stomach ache or feel full which would slow my running. Small sips works best!

I've been getting the freezing, I haven't experienced periods of hot and cold just mainly the cold.

I was sleeved Oct 9 I didn't have hiccups. When you get the pocket of air try walking around it may help loosen up the air and allow you to burp I've had that a few times and it did help me.

The gas pain really is the worse. I really don't know what to compare it to because I've never broken a bone besides toes which didn't really hurt to me. I had gotten chewable beano but never even used them. Walking really helped me a lot with the gas pain. Sorry couldn't be more help

I was sleeved 10/09/13 and Sunday weighed 207 got on the scale today and was 212.5 which there is just no way. I'm wondering if anyone noticed a fluctuation when they went back to using birth control pills? I almost forgot I started taking my BC again on Monday so was wondering that's the culprit
