The most frustrating part for me is that I do feel that I have been out of a relationship for too long but... I am not willing to settle... I could be in a relationship in a week if I wanted... But I would (by my preferences) be settling.

I forgot something major to me! THE BEER THING
TheWatcher replied to TheWatcher's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Thank you thats is very helpful... i can live without for a couple months hell even 5-6 months but somethings i just cant dream of completely letting go. The first time i met the dietitian she was worried cause i am a wateraholic and i had about a full gallon at the start of our meeting and 30 mins later a lil less than half... she was letting me know that my days of chugging everything are over. Beer i never chug so thats good and ill probably wait 3-4 months before diving into another beer. i am going to miss chugging Water after football or exercise but ill just have to learn to be more patient with my hydration. -

Ok so i was just going over my own personal preferences and i stumbled upon a moral quagmire. As a big person is it ok to not want to date other big people. Cause looking back on my social life and relationships i can see a definite pattern emerging. So what do you think... -

I'm just tired of sitting here watching these people and gaining respect for these people then i hear thing like i did it the right way ... without surgery or anything. Wtf is wrong with these people last time i checked thats not real and if it wasn't for that damn show you would be in the same boat as the rest of us. they didn't have t wait thought the plateaus that sometimes take months they are spoon fed a diet and like a horse to Water lead through their workout day in and day out for 100 days ... seriously don't you people have jobs last time i checked if i took a 100 day vaca i wont have a job when i get back .... not to mention that i would be broke. those lucky pricks should just be happy... not talking about how they did it the right way. its bullshit. ahhh i feel better now:ranger:

How does weight lifting effect weight loss?
TheWatcher replied to HamuChan's topic in Fitness & Exercise
So now it becomes real for me... one more test then i get my surgery date. I am almost worried ... something that i never thought i would feel at this point. not that the surgery wont happen or wont go well... but that my body won't recover as well as my health will... anyone have any idea how the skin reacts in men... personal stories... im 24 now and i have been fat all my life... Almost. So now that im going to change that will i have to be constantly reminded of how i used to treat my body? -

so u bane blue cross of California then thats what im getting since you are telling me that insurance co's all at the exact same way thats what i getting from you... and i honestly dont believe that all fat people have a eating disorder and that all fat people are fat for the same reason... im just saying just cause a dr or a therapist or a nutritionist says that you have a disorder don't make it the truth
-
according to one of those calculators 62. yes but if u have no controll during a depression and u now have more control then that would make it a mental disorder. at least in my book... not i got help and got over it... i came to terms for the reason that i was depressed now im just angry... the depression has gone... im back to my old cocky borderline arrogant self again.... its actually a relief. i feel like my life is getting back to normal.... and the reason i need the band is so that i can stop the scycle of obesity in my family. cause even if i control my of weight i will only go doen to a point usually i do well all year and then the holidays come and i balloon back up... the holidays for me represent a onset of the most delicious soul food in existence skinny people come to my familys holiday parties and leave heavier.
