Hi,
I am embarking on this journey to gain my life back. If I continue on the same road I am on now, I anticipate major health issues in the forseeable future.
I have Hypothyroidism, Diabetes type II, Coeliacs, Sleep Apnoea and suffer from Depression. I am single, have had many failed attempts at IVF and am single. I have longed for a family for a very long time and unfortunately I have not been blessed with a partber of children.
What I am hoping to gain from this is my health, happiness and a better understanding of my body and emotional well being.
