I'm going through the same thing I feel like a failure so I'm not weighting my self any more I'm just doing the right thing by following my diet and exercise and just give it some time and see what happens that all we can do it a long journey so we have to be patient and give our bodies time to adjust to the small pouch. -

My surgery was july 9 fist month j lost 25 pounds and have not lost any weight in about 3 weeks is this normal????

My surgery was July 9 my highest weight was 335 surgery day 305 a month after 284 I weigh myself last week and have not lost nothing I was so disappointed started feeling depress like a failure. Since I haven't weight myself thinking I still haven't lost any weight I been working out 3 days a week eating small portions of tuna and chicken breast no carbs lot of water so any advise as to what I can do????

I had a yeast infection just last week I don't remember the last time I had one so for me to have one was very weird so I guess it has something to do with the surgery
