Tomorrow is my day to a new chapter in my life. I lost 25lbs on the pre op.

I am going tomorrow too. I hv the same feelings.

Dont get discouraged. It has not been easy.(you know my pain) I hv a bigger gut and my body is just tearing it up. I hv measured 74 oz of water a day. Plus my protein drinks is low carb low sugar. We can do it!!!

It gets better I am on day 7. Hang in there.

I hv stuck myself on a schedule which has helped. I am on day 7 and hv lost 20 lbs You guys can do it!!

Pre op diet day 7. Down 20lbs. 7 more to go.

Day 7 of my pre op liquid diet down 20lbs. 7 more days.

@ Sunshine yes it is! 11/11 is my day. I just finished day 3 of the pre op diet.

Day 3 of my pre op diet down 9 lbs. Prayers sent to all who just got sleeved. My date is 11/11
