My feelings exactly! I have 36.2 lbs to lose and it's ten weeks away.....but I won't get there if I don't try. Either way we are winners but we ARE doing this;)

You were right! I lost 3 lbs the next week and a few since. I've stepped up my workouts in order to make onderland by New Year's. I'm happy with my progress. How's it going for you?

Progress is progress.....no matter how much or how little. I have to keep reminding myself of that. Now that I don't spend so much time focusing on the weight loss I am really enjoying this journey! I know I will NEVER go back and that is the most important part to me! -
Mkak, how's it going? I only lost half a lb this week. I'd better step it up! Lowest amount by far I've lost. I know everyone is different, so I'm not sweating it. I'll lose more next week.

I have decided that I am hitting onederland by New Years! I have 45 pounds to go. I have had no trouble at all with the sleeve.Can I do it? You bet! I am ringing in 2014 under 200!
