Hey guys!! I'm one month post op tomorrow 8/15 and decided I really needed to join this site because I am really struggling. I find myself hungry and nauseous all at the same time...just the thought of taking my nighttime meds and having to crush them and mix them up with liquids...I'm starting to feels a little defeated drinking water is painful because of how slow it goes down and I want to eat but nothing feels right...
