Hi, I just got home from the hospital today after drinking my 32 ounces at the hospital and doing fine.. Got home and had my ounce of puréed chicken, waited an hour and now I can't drink my protein shake at all... I feel anxious and scared that I'm going to throw up and not be able to do this.. Any advice or encouragement would be so amazing and appreciated!!
