So I hv ben doin fish and chix as my protein. ..not gtn n a lot but I'm tryin..liquid is week to but I'm trying. .the milk used n shakes is givin the bubble guts..changes the bm totally. .

He has ben there two yrs Scott free...he had tIME to save STACKS OF MONEY. I am pissed...user user user..but I also no hE can't do something u dt allow...The proper thing to do legally is give his freeloader ass 30 ..DAYS..WRITE IT UP AND NOTIRIZE. ..U DT HV TO TAKE CARE OF NO GROWN AS BOY..I SAY BOY BCAUSE MEN TK CARE OF HOME..NO Matter WHAT. .

No I did it on the clear liquid..but it ws chips..I spit doritos, lays salt n sour chips out...I told my nurse wut I did...no use in hiding...she ws like it ok most folk do...cuz yr cravin carbs n sodium...and sum did slide dwn but I had chewed it so fine I ws ok

Las nite at the fite party I had a reg baked party wing a fried party wing a tspoon of tuna five crackers and four tortilla chips..my friend ws like u ok.. I ws like oh I'm gud...my plate looked like a kids meal...but I jus took my time...that lasted three hrs then my belly ws hungry again..I stopped at wendys I got a chix sandwich, fries, n chili...I had a few fries..n ws gon max thay sandwich n chili...on the way hm.. I chnged my mind..I gv the fries n sandwich to a homeless dude at the freeway exit..I came hm tried the chili..not wut I expected..so I ate a few spoonfuls of the brw beans a six crackers... im allowed real food now so..today..my aunt cooked supper..I'm gonna graze on carrots, turkry, n try som collard greens...

I'm still pritty new..yesterday ws the first time I actually tried on cloths n the closet..and I ws able to fit a pair of really nice dress pants I could not even pull up to yrs ago..but I kept them out of laziness. .the jeans r liz Claiborne. .I got them up n on but to tight for comfort. .Im dwn 42lbs since sleeving 8/6.. I ws able to wear new 2x mens sweat pants...fm to yrs ago yesterday. ..awesome. .it gvs me something to keep pushin for..I can gt on a normal scale..yes yes yes..I look forward to sayin by by to the threes. .I'm at 352...now.. my highest wait ws 393

Yep I do this to no matter wut...30 mins I'm flyin to the toilet. ..I had got it under control. .then my smart ass decided..I don't like the way I feel after eating..so I'm gonna go bk to drinkin the protein shakes n cream soups right...my stomach was like..wtf u doing..oh really. .let me show u a trick...my blk ass ben on the toilet every since...smfh...uugghhh

So I guess I'm doing ok but um noticing. My taste buds r so jacked up til I'm getting nervous. .first its clear equal is now gross to me..hw n da hell am I to drink my coffee wich I love or tea wit no sweetener. .then I c about four or five bits of wut ever n I'm done..I'm n the mushy food..stage..ben doin ok wit mash potatoes. .fish. .I had a few bits of chikn..but I c I'm not to interested in food...but I no I nd to eat...sho hope I can get it togetha. .
