Is there any advise yall could give me on how to prepare myself mentally? I need to lose 20lbs for the pre op phase, but need to get my mind together as well. How did yall prepare mentally any tips will help. Thanks in advance :-)

Tomorrow I go to the Dr. to see if the sleeve is right for me. Im gonna try and get a medical loan to get it so hopefully everything works out. I really need this because if it works like people say I will love myself for once in my life. I know that sounds crazy but ever since I was obese I always hated myself. So maybe this will help me get to loving myself. Need prayer thanks in advance :-)

I am scheduled with my doctor to see if the sleeve is the right choice. I was just wondering if yall could tell me how it feels. When you do get it and start eating how much can you eat? Are there certain food you have to stay away from? Any information would about it would be great thanks in advance. :-)

This does help. Thanks is march 1 of this year? if so that seems kinda fast. But congrats on your weight loss i am so ready to be skinny. I am just so depressed I can't stand to look at my self in the mirror. So hopefully I will get to have the sleeve done but will let you know if I am able to have.

Thanks for the info. I go to the dr sept4 to see if the sleeve is right for me so hopefully it is. When you ate those couple of bites did you feel full right away? Just wondering how long it takes to get fill.
