when do you weigh in? at the doctors? I only weigh myself once a week now for accountability, if nothing else...

Me too. Once a week. (Or less) This is an off-week for me. Focusing on adding exercise. I'll weigh again next week at the doctor.

I decided I was gonna weigh in at the doctors whenever I had to see him. I rather be surprised and maybe not notice any stalls. knowing me if I own a scale I'll be on it a few times a day.
