    August 2013 Roll Call

August 28th. Was pushed from the 20th. Starting the pre surgery diet in 2 days. Excited but starting to have some butterflies.
  2. Try to find someone in your bariatric group bigger than you and see if they want to buy them to get down into. Or do a trade with someone who has smaller clothes you can use and they need the 24. I was a 24 for a good 2 years. Got down to a 22 jean and 2x knit type pants and shorts now. I shopped the dept store clearance this summer and found jeans at old navy as low as 2.97 in smaller sizes. been trying to get some clothes together for sizes 20-12. Hard to come up with a wardrobe for 5 sizes when you are on a fixed small income but I have just been hitting the clearances everywhere even online. Only way to afford the weight loss. lol

    NO BLOOD (transfusion) SURGERY

JeansBeans: I also am going to have bloodless surgery on the 28th of this month. I told my Dr my wishes and we discussed this a couple of times. He asked my hubby about it and since he is not of the same faith he said he feels like if the need was to come up I should have it. He is NOT my power of attorney. My son is because he will honor my wishes as they are his also. I will be filling out some papers for the hospital I am sure. I am in Wisconsin. Hang in there and stand your ground. My dr said he wasn't even worried about the surgery itself as ppl don't bleed that much but he was worried about getting an ulcer later on and bleeding to death. I am getting the sleeve now as medicare approved it now. So problem solved.
