You are not the only one... Think about why you want this and PUSH yourself..... When you get down Think about what you want this surgery for.... I realized not only is the preop diet shrinking the liver as you lose weight its also training your mind and body for whats coming after surgery..... When I was on the preop diet I felt like giving up... I prayed constantly and thats how I KEPT my STRENGTH.. Keep yourself busy.... STAY FOCUSED ON THE PRIZE.... You have came too far to turn back..... You only have 4 Days left and then u will have a small stomach and it will be easier.... I had surgery on Oct. 10 I went in for my postop appt. Today and im down 26 pounds since my preop appt..... Less than a month... I lost 22 pounds since surgery... I had a battle after surgery and didnt know what to expect when I got on the scale this morning...... But hearing those numbers today confirmed I made the right decision to go ahead with surgery.... I wish you the best and I know you got this .... keep me posted......

I had to go back in the hospital... smh I got real sick bp was 170/200 had to call 911 they checked everything.. i dont have any leaks thank GOD......i got discharged yesterday and started getting a fever which didnt go over 100

Im 6 Days post op still hurting i cant get that much liquids down but i want to eat real food.

My surgery is in less than 5 hours..... im so nervous... Ive been crying on and off the whole day.... But I know GOD got my back..... Satan just tryin to creep in.. about to feed my spirit.....

Im not either but im making myself anyway so i can follow everything my doc said... I have to pee a lot eo that helps too... I have 14 pounds so far

i weigh myself this morning which is day 3 Of the liquid diet and have already lost 6 pounds..... All praises to GOD!!!! Im only drinking 4 Shakes a day and all the water i can stand, I cup of fatfree jello for a snack.... Its still very hard but, doing well so far....

Day 3 of my preop liquid diet and have already lost 6 pounds.... I have not cheated at ALL... I drink water all day and drink 4 protein shakes throughout the day.. Its tough but I know what I want so Im fighting for it... GOD is really giving me everything I need to make day after day.....
