I'm getting sleeved on 8.28...I have gatorade, chicken broth, low sodium V8...My nutritionist recommneded crystal light, mio...I know I will be on light liquids for 7 days til my 1 week follow up on 9/4. I start my 2 week pre-op diet on Wednesday and I have a variety of protein bars, the premium protein ready to drink shakes, some protein powder.
