Hi i had it on July 31st too. The liquid diet was very had for me. I asked my dr if I could start having food and he said yes after 12 days just had to go very very slow. :-)

I had surgery July 31st want to lose 130 it's going to be a long journey, but I'm ready. I'm sure the exercise helps a lot.

Wow that's amazing. I would assume it gets much easier. It already has in two weeks. Can I ask what your goal loss is.

I am definitely going through some emotional stuff. It's very odd to not eat over it.

Hey, thank you so much for responding. I really appreciate it. It helps so much to stay connected. I've found the more I eat the protein, it helps. I'm just exhausted. I want to get out to exercise and it's hard to motivate. I had the surgery two weeks and two days ago. :-)

Hi, just want to introduce myself. I am a little confused by the site but I think it will be very helpful. It's been a struggle both physically and emotionally, but I am feeling better every day. I am in the NYC area. Anyone else? Or would love to just meet some other people on here to get support. :-)
