Hello Everyone, I was Sleeved on July 31, My 20th Wedding Anniversary! (great gift for me and Hubby) I had my one week with the Surgeon on the 7th and my 2 week today with the Nutritionist. I am having a really hard time getting in my REQUIRED 60g of Protein and 60oz of Liquids a day. For whatever reason I am not thirsty and I can NOT STAND the protein powder. Isopure drinks are tasting "medicinal" and "Chalky" and the Unjury powder is making me GAG. I don't want to dehydrate but I am looking for TRICKS to achieving the level of liquids and Protein that I am going to require for the rest of my life. OH, the other protein drinks (Oh Yeah! and others) remind me of MILKSHAKES, which I hate. So please if any of you have ideas please share!
