Okay maybe this is a stupid question but how is it that I don't get sick from eating cottage cheese, ricotta or yogurt but I get sick from drinking milk and eating cheese? Is it the fat?
I was the same way, I talk to my dr he said for some reason water can be harsh so he told me just to drink watered down Gatorade or juice. That helped me out alot, before I couldn't get anything down. Hope it helps
Hi I'm 2 weeks out and I'm on my soft phase and I feel like I can still eat quite a bit. I've read people have 2 or 3 bites and they are full. I can eat half a can of tuna and some applesauce and I've yet to get that "full" feeling. Is this normal?
