Paula you have made me laugh this morning!!! Its so funny when you get all sentamental and then wame its back to the normal things in life that keep you remembering what being a mom is all about!!! LOL!!!

Hey Trish, Sorry to hear you are having so much sorness. It is jsut alot of gas build up. Hope you feel better tomorrow!!! Keep drinking and take it slow and easy!!!

I took 1 full week off work and I wish I had taken longer. It took the entire week for me to get better. My first day back at work was only a half day and I almost didn't make it. Just don't rush yourself. Give your self time to heal! You will need it!!!

Well don't just leave us now that you got approved. we want you to stay and complain and vent and tell us all about your banding experience. We don't just keep you till you get approved and then send you on your way. We keep you and get to know you better and help each other through the good and the bad times. LOL!!! By the way Congrats on your approval and please keep posting and coming here for support!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that John Trish's husband called and left a message that Trish got her band and her surgery went well!!!! I will update again when I hear from them. I think stress will be harder on your hair than the surgery. QUIT STRESSING OVER IT!!!! LOL!!! -
I want a really big steak right now. I'm kinda scared to try steak yet!!!!

I deffinatly was eating less after surgery and I feel like I'm eating right on track with my first fill. I'm eating and able to wait several hours before I eat again.

Trish might hate her band right this second but ya know what she will love it the first time she gets on some scales !!!! Kathy's right Trish loves us and she knows it will be really hard at first but girl has done her research and she knows it gets better and better!!! -
Welcome and congratulations on getting your band. It is very hard right after surgery. At first your not hungry then your staving then your focusing on experimenting with all the food stages and sometimes you lose weight and sometimes you don't. The first 6 weeks is for healing then comes the real weight lose time. You will be hungry but once you get on mushy's and then on to solids it does get better. hang in there you will do great!!!

Chris welcome to LBT and I just want to say you are doing great on you weight loss. I was banded 3/18/05 so you got your band just a few days before me!!! Keep up the good work and I'm so glad you came to LBT. Come post often there are lots of good people with great support here!! -

Gas Medicine after Surgery

Gas X defenatly helped me through that hard time right after surgery. I like the cherry cream gas x. Hope this helps!!!
