Im eating those twice a day and the slimfast Optima shakes and chicken broth soup, popcicles and jello, and (I use tang instead of crystal light the same amount of calories):whoo:

Hello Im on my third day of the liquid diet and I want to know did you all eat the Protein bars because I havent read anyone say anything about the Protein Bars. I eat those and the SlimFast Optima and chicken broth Soup. I also have a popcicle or Jello here and there. Am I cheating by eating the protein bars. HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!
