Hi all, I am still pre op and am enjoying reading everyone's stories, they are so inspirational. I work midnight shift at residential home for developmentally disabled adults. I agree with previous posters that working overnight is horrible on our bodies. We never get enough sleep amd it is impossible to get on a good eating schedule. Plus when I get super tired and am just trying to function I tend to reach for tasty comfort type snacks, not a well portioned salad.
