    Yes we had to be able to hold down pureed food in order to leave the hospital. I think I'm going to stick with liquids for 2 more weeks bc though I haven't thrown up yet, it doesn't feel like its going down well. I still feel uncomfortable from yesterday. Even these pain pills lodged in my throat. It's too much.

    First thing in the morning I'm going for a Walk around the neighborhood. I also feel constipated and the puréed food I ate at the hospital feels like its lodged in my throat. Is that normal? How do I get rid of this?

    Sigh, what are we to do? Lol I pray everything goes perfectly for us tomorrow. We have great surgeons, and we did the best we could beforehand. But idk if ill be able to sleep. Lol

    Ok it's the Eve before surgery and I am very nervous. I'm having anxiety. Only down 9lbs since preop day.

    Ok I got my time. I'm to be at the hospital at 8AM on 9/3.

    Yes I did. My surgeon is Dr. Holover. I am feeling ok. Unfortunately I fell off the preop diet a few times. How are you doing?

    Today I weighed 244.5 lb. At my preop I weighed 249. I am trying to shed another 5 lbs before surgery. But the scale isn't budging lol. I don't know how much it will matter that I lose 5 lbs, but I will feel so much better to show I at least tried the preop diet lol. How is everyone doing?

    The nurse from my surgeons office called me today to ensure I knew what to do the day before. I told her I cheated a few times on the diet, and she told me I will be ok. So I feel a lot better.

    I told my supervisor and manager. My supervisor is a little jokester and has been asking me what I'm eating for lunch everyday since I started my preop diet, smh. My close friends know and my family does too. Some friends have even some liquid fasting with me to support me through this. Im greatful - and this forum helps me a lot too.
