So happy for you! I had a great time with the psychologist I went to, he was funny and we talked like pals. The only problem I have had so far is with family Dr but hopefully it all works out at my last (for the 2nd time) weigh in on Tuesday. Maybe we will be sleeved around the same time. Jan 3 Start weight- 233 Feb 14 End weight- 225 -8 pounds Goal weight- 221 Height- 5'3" I fell 4 pounds short of my goal but I am happy and my Dr will be happy. Tuesday is my last weigh in before paperwork is submitted to insurance, this challenge helped kick my butt in gear to actually see a loss and put 100% in to it. Thank you

Sorry for the late post! I have gained 2 pounds on the scale but do not think it is real. Not possible LOL. So technically I am 228 but I think without water weight gain I am still 226.

Welcome aboard! It sounds like you know why you overeat and are addressing it before you get your surgery. I think that will help you post op. If anything you can come here and look up answers to questions or ask the experts I am also still preop but coming here has helped me along far more than I could have asked for. Best of luck to you.

Thank you both I should have reacted differently today instead of getting so upset. My husband said "at least it is only one more month, it could be the whole 6 again." So I should just be happy with the time already served LOL.

I am still pre sleeve but I ordered my Vitamins from unjury, it is called Opurity Bypass and Sleeve Optimized Multivitamin. There are 90 in the bottle, chewable and you take one a day. I haven't tried them yet but I will look into Bariatric fusion too. edit- I just looked on the site for Bariatric Fusion vitamins and the only thing it has more than Opurity is Calcium and magnesium, other than that Opurity has way higher amounts of the vitamins and minerals. I don't know if that's always better though. I am bringing my jar to my Dr appointment today to see what he thinks. I think my vitamins only cost $28 for a 3 month supply.

I just wanted to update you on the shakes- I have been drinking the UNJURY with unsweetened almond milk and it is so good. I used my second packet of strawberry with the almond milk and it was delicious. My jar of plain, Chocolate Splendor and the chewable vitamins came today. I want a jar of vanilla now too.

I bought the sample packs too and UNJURY is by far the best protein drink I have ever had. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and it is delicious.
