Sometimes your body can also get used to your workouts. You could also maybe try switching up your routine or making it a little tougher for your body. I hit a stall at around 200lbs that lasted almost a year too, trust me it will break! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thank you! I know I definitely need to see my doctor about it because it's starting to get out of hand. It almost feels like I have PMS on steroids....but it just never ends!!! Hey! So as I'm shrinking, I'm noticing that I am so irritable and I have way less patience for the annoying people in my life. I'm normally a very calm and collected person, so this is weird for me. I've almost considered seeing a doctor for anxiety disorder until I realized it could be the changes to my body. Has anyone else experienced this post surgery? Thank you! Yea if been saving for surgery just in case. I hoped my age would play a part but the more I look at my stomach the more obvious it is I'll probably need it.

Ugh! Ok, so I have between 55-60 lbs left to lose! But the way that I carried most of my weight was unfortunately all at my lower gut, I am significantly smaller as I've lost over 100 lbs. but my belly still hangs. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced trouble reaching their goal and still having a hanging gut. I am only 5'2 and currently 181.
