I feel you... this liquid diet is not fun but is all for good reason. Don't risk it. You've come this far, whats one more day? You can dooooo it! Try not to watch to much T.V. Today would be the day that EVERY possible food commercial ever made will most likely play. Good luck tomorrow. Update us on your progress. I want to know what to expect when its my turn. Ribs are definitely a test of the will power! I had a bite or 2 this weekend. I chewed but didn't swallow not one of my prouder moments. It was satisfying at the time, felt like crap afterwards! Hang in there!!! Its almost our time. Only 8 more days to go!!!!!!!!!

8/21 here! This pre op diet is kicking my butt. My friend/coworker said you're cranky today...here have this, and brings me the other half of her donut. I wanted to high five her in the face! Ive been wondering that too....I'm hoping my skin will just 'bounce back' but lets be real here, thats probably not going to happen. If you don't mind me asking, how are you doing with you extra skin? I have the Bariatric Advantage brand but haven't opened them yet. The orange dream is a brand called Chike that I got from my doctors office. Tastes amazing! So does the banana flavor [sharedmedia=trackers:tickers:9803]

Not gonna lie, the thought of cheating crosses my mind often. I'm a social eater and found my self today standing in the break room chatting with coworkers and somewhere during the convo (not even sure when) I picked up a bagel and began to eat it. Once I notcied what I was doing, I spit the rest of it out. I just started my liquid diet yesterday and have 13 more days to go! Its hard but we can do it! Ohhhh MandaPanda, you're not being dramatic and I feel your pain! I had to order lunch for the board members at work today, and it smells amazing. Started my liquid diet so guess I'll just sit back and enjoy this Orange Dream Protein shake!
