Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't written in a while. Weight loss is going but very very slowly now . Dying to get to onederland ! Less than 3 lbs to go! HW: 251 CW: 202.4 All my pants are ridiculously big on me and people are telling me to get rid of them! Almost in a 14!

I would suggest a mani pedi and maybe a special spa pedi bc I don't like to spend too much money bc I'll be spending a lot on clothes in a few months hopefully! A massage is great but may be a lot if money. Also maybe a facial? Live facials!

Any December sleevers in NYC?? I'm getting my surgery done at Lenox hill hospital dec 16th...

Hi all, Got sleeved dec 16. Someone was talking about left shoulder pain and I've had that too. Does anyone know why? I know they have me a lovinox shot there but I didn't know if that was why it was hurting. I only got in 30 g of protein yesterday and today only 15 g so far And I'm having a hard time getting liquids in too bc I don't want to push myself too hard but my mom keeps yelling at me to keep drinking!! Have only been walking a little because I'm still very sore and tender. And I went on the scale and only lost like 2 lbs since surgery on Monday. How has everyone lost so much in such a sort amt of time? Anyone not lose a lot like me? I know it's only been 3 and a half days but it seems like people on here have lost 10 lbs in like 3 or 4 days!! Help!

Congrats to u!! Thank God ur well n pain is managed. Question plz, if its hard to drink afterwards, how did u manage the swallow test? Is it alot to drink, do u have to drink it in a certain amt of time? Just curious. Thx. . Grats again! It actually wasn't hard for me to swallow. I just had to take small sips. Not a lot to drink at all. Thx for the support!! Good luck to u and all if u!!

So I did it! Was so anxious but happy it's over ! No nausea bc I have a patch and let me just say dilaudid is heaven! Not much pain only soreness. Walked once at 530 ths am and just an hour ago. Barium swallow test went well but tasted gross!!!!!!

Thank you to all of you for your support.... I guess I need to develop a thicker skin about this... Just wish people weren't so ignorant and thoughtless. Thanks again everyone!! 3 days to go!!

So I just told someone about my surgery coming up on Monday and I got the rudest response which is making me really upset. They said, oh no that's terrible. You couldn't do it on your own? Meanwhile, SHE was huge herself! I'm feeling a little discouraged

Dont beat urself up or dwell over it, ur finally doing somthn about it so be proud of urself. This surgery is NOT EASY OR THE EASY WAY OUT, so know that ur fighting to b healthier. And know that once its done, the numbers will b awesome, praise God. Now, stop worrying and welcome ur new life! Thanks so much Deezjeanz!!

So I'm freaking out. I just got my preop bloodwork back and it turns out, I'm PREDIABETIC. I can't believe I let myself get to this point ....surgery on Monday thank goodness. Just needed to vent...

LULU I feel the same way... My sister had this surgery in May and she had the most gorgeous thick hair and even though it's still beautiful it has definitely thinned out. I ALREADY have thin hair so I'm VERY nervous abt this... Gonna just try my hardest to get as much protein as possible...

I'm using Dr Yatco as well! My sister used him in may this year and she's doing great! She's 78lbs down ! He's amazing
