You are aeesome. I was doing that too then my kids g Kimi t sick and I didn't walk for almost two days. Now I'm sore again. They're feeling better tonihht so hopefully I can get back out there tomorrow. I've only been able to do about a mile at a time. Keep up the good work tour doing awesome

Firstst of all I didn't say I read the first couple I saidv several and since you are so interested in everything I post ill tell u I read most of the first... I'm sorry... I didn't reallize you were the vst polixe stalking my posts. I think there is a big differwnce between that guys post and me asking a serious question about my pain. I can't tell if I'm swollen because I'm fat..lol.. but yes, it was getting better now getting worse again. Starting back to work on Tuesday, I'm a hair stylist and nervous about the soreness and lack of energy.

I'm am almost two weeks post op. The pre op diet just plain sucks! You go through a major detox generally feel like crap, super emotional and at time down right mad! After surgery even if tour still on liquid protein and water it's easier in some ways and harder in others. Personally I just can't wait to start feeling normal again.

Good question. .. I'm having a tough time figuring out portion size modifications too.

Yeah... I'm only taking liquid acetaminophen when it gets bad and dr told me to continue taking my muscle relaxer at bedtime. Thanks for responding. I wish you weren't hurting but I feel better knowing it's not just me! Lol

I am one big walking fear! I'm almost two weeks post op and only down 7lbs post op. I just started on puress. Yesterday was my first day and my first mini meal made me full but today I haven't felt any fullness at all. With the exception of pain at the largest incision site I have had no problems.. no nausea, constipation, getting in all protein and liquids... I had fears pre op and they're super intensified now. The only thing that gives me comfort is this app. And reading about everyone else and their individual journies. Thanks to vst I can rest assured that I can do this. ..and so can you

So excited, I had my post op visit today and got cleared for purees. I came straihht home and blended up some soup w plain unjury. 'Ate' about 2-3 tbls and haven't wanted anything other than water all day. This is the first time since the second day after surgery that I haven't gotten all my protein in. I feel like if I have any thing else I will burst! And I ate HOURS ago... well...at least I'm finally not hungry! Hmf...

Off with my head!!

Is it just me? I'll pour myself a half cup of broth or two tbls of puree soup and well before I get even half way through it's cold. Very frustrating! Any suggestions?
