To exercise as a regular part of my routine! It's just so hard for me because I'm on my feet all day at work but now that I'm losing weight my feet don't hurt so much all the time!

    Question. ..

I know exactly what I did wrong... and yet I have no regrets! My 16 year old daughter has her first job at popeyes and I ate fried food for the first time. Up till now I have been carefull but have had no restrictions whatsoever. I'm now terrified of any thing fried so hopefully that will be enough to keep me away from it forever! I still feel like crap! Yay! Geesh.. I'm really weird! Lol... I threw up three times so I'm pretty sure I got it all out and it was within 5 min. Of eating. I think ill log what I ate at 0 portion size and make a note. Thanks

    Yesterday

I'm crying as I read your story. And although I'm sure your grown up mind knows that you said and did nothing wrong, nothing that every other sibling does on a regular basis, I can't imagine the burden of guilt you have carried with you. Your sister knows you love her and you know she had a greater purpose. Your message is a powerful one that I will keep with me always. My prayers are with your family

Omg I'm sooo happy for you! I'm still early out ( not quite 6 weeks) and in a regular size 16 down from an 18/20. I just bought a pair of jeans in the normal section. It was amazing! !
  22. I too have been very open about my surgery and I have no problem telling someone to look into it. But it's just that. Look into it. I also tell people that I researched it for two years and did carefull research on my surgeons and hospital because it is major surgery and I wanted to minimize the risks as much as possible. I let them know that pre and post op is extremely difficult but in order to avoid unnecessary complications I didn't cheat at all. And I let them know that I didn't let anyone, not even the surgeon sway me into having a surgery I didn't want to have it sooner than I was ready. If someone chooses to pick a surgeon because they "know" them, or because it worked for you and they don't truly do their own research and make informed choices then sorry to say but that's on them. And sometimes they do everything right and still have trouble. Things happen the way they are supposed to whether we do it all right or not. I don't feel lucky because I didn't have any complications. I was well informed, I chose the best surgeons and one of the best hospitals in the country. I followed my plan to the letter and I prayed. I was confident that I was in good hands. So yes, I would definitely recommend this surgery but with a couple of asterisks after my recommendation.
  23. Your probably right! Lol... right now I wish my low blood sugar would make me see a clean house and quiet well behaved children who clean their rooms. Wishfull thinking!
