Yes I got one Dr to send over my weight...it was just from one visit for each yr.

Surgery is Aug 19th (on my bday...great gift to myself!!!!) St Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX with Dr. Schrapps. BMI 37 Weight 190 Height 5'0 Age 36

I am 5'0 and 190lbs, I'll be 37 yrs old in 3 weeks (Aug 19)...having my surgery on my bday too!!! I hear the weight loss is slower for people with a lower BMI. My goal is 125lbs and no more BP & diabetes meds. -

Took the dietician classes for 4 months, saw the shrink and got approved the first day insurance received my paperwork. BMI - 37 but have High Blood Pressure (take 2 pills not the req 3) and Metformin for pre-diabetes. Can't believe there was no trouble with my insurance! Yay
