Congrats and happy bday! My bday is Aug. 19th as well ill be 28...I was sleeved july 9th (happy surgeversary to me!!) And I do feel im a slow loser im 5'3 pre op I lost 10lbs... dos233 today 214 lbs I go days without the scale moving. I was stalled for 2 1/2 weks before losing 2lbs then boom stall again! I keep reading when the scale doesnt move inches are still lost I hope that is true! I feel great though im sticking to the journey and if it comes off slow at least its coming off. Also when you lose slow it gives your skin time to catch up which mean less loose skin

Yes I got one Dr to send over my weight...it was just from one visit for each yr.

Surgery is Aug 19th (on my bday...great gift to myself!!!!)

I am 5'0 and 190lbs, I'll be 37 yrs old in 3 weeks (Aug 19)...having my surgery on my bday too!!! I hear the weight loss is slower for people with a lower BMI. My goal is 125lbs and no more BP & diabetes meds.

Took the dietician classes for 4 months, saw the shrink and got approved the first day insurance received my paperwork. BMI - 37 but have High Blood Pressure (take 2 pills not the req 3) and Metformin for pre-diabetes. Can't believe there was no trouble with my insurance! Yay
