What I did was get a hot cheeto make it really soggy and swallow it ..during my liquid phase it helped. I only ate 2-3 cheetos

I was sleeved july 30. I have only lost 24 pounds ...ihavent lost anything in 2 weeks

I still get hungry too but I get full reslly fast:/

I use small spoon... they never told me to measure. Dietician said eat protein first...but not very much fits. I chew chew chew but dont get to much in. Im worried
