Is anyone at 5 weeks out not really loosing weight? I slowed to a stop at three weeks which I assumed was the "dreaded 3 week" stall. But I am still not loosing. I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. I am eating around 700-750 calories, I burn at least 200 of those daily with excercise Anyone have any advice. I am seeing the nut tomorrow to go over my fitness pal. I track everything. I don't want 26 pounds to be it.

For those of you still with incision pain. I have found putting a ice pack ( not wet) on the area helps with swelling and the tenderness. I have done this everyday since week two and my soreness is almost gone except for sneezing. I still have to hold my tummy for that.

To all of you with protein issues. I have found adding 1/4 c of dried skim milk to my regular 1 cup of skim milk boosts the protein by 9. It adds up really quick that way. 8 oz protein powder is 21 and 8 oz milk is 9 so that is 30 then add the extra skim milk powder is 9 more so I shake is worth 39 over 1/2 of what my doc wanted me to get in a day. Add it to cream of potato makes it 20 for the soup if you eat all of it thru the day.

Cindy I am on day 9. Still have one good day then a bad day. Somedays I get real close to 60 grams. Yesterday only 15. I mainly worry about dehydration and rest will come. I can drink a little easier each day. I actually might make a full 48 oz today. So take it slow and really remember to stop drinking about 30 minutes before your protein then wait 30 more. It slowed my bathroom trips a ton.

I was taking pills day 4. My stomach rebelled the liquid pain meds so they switched me to pills.

Sleeved July 24th. Left hospital 13 pounds heavier because of water. Still haven't lost all of that so it is like I haven't lost anything. Still have pain at the port site. I too can't get all the protein and water in. But each day I get closer. Congrats to all the July sleevers. I am excited for our journey on the loser bench.
