I am not really not that nervous at this point. are you getting enough Protein? that could be why you don't have enough energy. I make my shakes coffee, a tiny bit of almond milk unsweetened, protien powder and 2 cups of spinach. That is morning and lunch and I put ice in them and have half a shake at a time so I get to have something to drink 6 times a day. Evening I use 10 cal juice with the protein and spinach or decafe earl grey tea, almond milk and Protein Powder. They are low cal, delish and satisfying. I find for energy the splitting them in half and having some every two hours really help and gets me in the habit for after.
