My one month was last saturday (08/24), done 20 pounds... 18 were lost in the first 2 weeks then i hit a stall, barely lost 2 other pounds, plus 18 pre op.

Im 5 weeks post op, I only buy what I need since i cant eat full portions, Im attached to Protein and Snacks, this is my grocery list: Tuna (Can) Salmon chicken breast Beans eggs Turkey ham Cereal (I had to read the label make sure is less then 10gms sugar) Lacto free milk (low fat) cheese (Fat free or low fat) Also I love the Premier Protein chocolate shake (Sams club) and total lean strawberry shake (GNC).

July 24th, 1st week 10 pounds gone 2nd 8 pounds, 3rd and 4th I hit a stall ; ( I barely started loosing again 2 pounds this is my 5th week post op. Plus my pre 18pounds less. Dont know I feel not loosing enough ; (

I drove from Oxnard California to Las vegas on july 22nd, since my uncle lives in henderson (20 min from Dr Hanna office), i decided to stay there instead of a hotel. In July 23rd i had my first appointment to get my clearance done, also I got a call from the anesteciologist (don't know how to write this word). I went to Dr Hanna office he was nice and he did response to all my questions and concerns. On the 24 I was schedule for 12.00, so I got there on time at 10.30, after a fast tour at the north nevada hospital, i was well attended by the nurses. On thursday the 25th, i meet Dr Hanna again to check in my incisions, even when that was quick, I asked him for his direct email since thats the way I like to communicate, he agreed and until now if I don't email or text "Z" (Zafiro), I email him and he always replies as soon as he can. My advice if you are doing an outpatient sirurgy out of your state make sure to conact a local bariatric dr. Just in case something arrives so that you can feel secure. Question whats the average cash outpatient in your city? And why did you choose Dr Hanna?

Hello everyone! I was sleeved on the 24th of July, so far is good, but not enough ; (. My goal is 100 pounds in 5 months. I lost 18 pounds on my pre diet and 18 pounds 10 day after surgery. Now im not loosing weight, May I be eating more then what I suppost? Or am I doing something wrong? Please share your goals, progress and diet. Diet: Breakfast: 3 spoons cottage cheese, 2 spoons yogurt, 1/3 banana. Or 1 egg. Or 4 a 5.5 oz Premier Protein shake. Lunch: premier Protein Shake or 4 oz tuna. Or 4 oz refried Beans. Dry mouth and brown urine means you are not taking enough water, dehydrating.

Just follow the indications and state focus on your goal!

I dont know about you guys, bit I did this huge descicion to change my life style, why to force your body when is a "new start", im comparing my stomach with my new born (he is now 1 year old), dont push your stomach, i will sugest to follow up with you Psychologist. You wont give your new born a piece of pizza! Common sense.,

I was sleeved on the 24th, 8 days ago, I losse 10 pounds as off today, besides the 18 from the pre op diet total of 28. MFP user is floriris, please add me so that I can see your dairy and get a better idea of what to eat. Good luck to everyone!

I was told to do milk of magnesium or prune juice. Or to try the magnesium citrate again. Im 7 days post sleeve. Good luck!
